Nayland College offers a wide range of Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) experiences across all subjects. As these opportunities grow, so does the need for robust risk management and system improvement to meet current best practice and Worksafe requirements.
We’re seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join our team in a dual role: EOTC Coordinator and Outdoor Education Instructor.
This is a fixed term position for the 2026 academic year, 34 hours per week (term time only).
EOTC Coordinator – 20 hours/week
Support the Deputy Principal in charge of EOTC with:
Outdoor Education Instructor – 14 hours/week
