Love the outdoors but don’t mind some office mahi too? We’re on the lookout for an adaptable, people-loving, multi-skilled team member to join Rotorua Rafting – one of Aotearoa’s top-rated adventure tourism companies!

About the Role:

This is a unique, hybrid position. One day you might be welcoming guests and managing bookings, the next you’re in a harness guiding zipline tours, or behind the lens capturing customers sending it over the world’s highest commercially rafted waterfall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-of-house bookings, emails, phone calls, and guest check-ins
• Taking high-quality action photos of rafting trips
• Guiding Rotorua Zipline tours (training provided)
• Supporting daily operations and jumping into different roles as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Confident using computers and booking systems
• Physically fit and keen for outdoor adventure
• Photography experience is a bonus (or a fast learner with a good eye!)
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Available weekends and holidays
• Full NZ working rights
