We’re looking for an energetic, organised team player to join Waimarino Group as a Customer Service & Events Coordinator.
This role combines reception and administration duties at our Adventure Park and kayak tours with the planning and delivery of weddings, functions, and events.
What you’ll do:
Be the welcoming face of Waimarino – greeting guests, answering enquiries, taking bookings, processing payments, and handling feedback.
Support smooth daily operations of the Adventure Park, including activity setup and close-down.
Assist with HR tasks and staff supervision to ensure high levels of service and team wellbeing.
Plan and deliver weddings, functions, and events from concept to completion, including vendor coordination, logistics, setup, and pack-down.
Provide creative ideas to make each event unique and memorable.
Complete quotes, invoices, and minor marketing tasks.
What we’re looking for:
Valid First Aid Certificate
Full NZ driver’s licence
Clean Police Vetting Record
Positive attitude, great communication, and a strong work ethic

This position will be fixed term from October – end of April
Full time role with 30 – 40 hours per week
