About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Planner to join the INFLITE Group team in Albany, Auckland. In this fulltime position you will be responsible for monitoring and planning aircraft maintenance for our fleet of helicopters and fixed wing aircraft across New Zealand. This position plays a crucial role within our engineering team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring and maintaining aircraft records using maintenance tracking software.
- Scheduling aircraft maintenance to ensure the airworthiness of the fleet.
- Preparation and administration of engineering project work packs.
- Collaborating with the wider team to drive efficient, effective operations and workflow.
- Support of aircraft parts purchasing, invoicing, and logistics.
What We’re Looking For
- Meticulous accuracy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks.
- An agile adaptable approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance planning highly beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional conscientious attitude.
