About the role

Join INFLITE Group in Franz Josef as a Customer Service and Ground Assistant at INFLITE Franz and Fox Helicopters. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operations of our helicopter tours at the Franz Josef Glacier West Coast location. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers, handling check-ins and providing information about our tours and services
• Loading and unloading of passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised heliport and office area to create a professional and inviting environment
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and friendly manner
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and other duties as required

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally within the tourism or aviation industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
• A valid driver’s licence and the ability to operate ground support equipment
• Knowledge of the local area and familiarity with the unique geography and attractions of the West Coast region would be an advantage
