Position: Tour Communications, Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the tour communication process, from enquiry to booking
Respond to customer inquiries, providing them with tailored travel information and recommendations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a seamless booking and travel experience

Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote Escape Adventures NZ’s cycling tours, both in New Zealand and internationally.
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our tour offerings and drive bookings
Craft compelling, on-brand content for our website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and more.
Create engaging stories that highlight the unique experiences of our tours, using your guiding expertise to offer authentic insights.
Manage our social media presence, building an active community of cycling and adventure enthusiasts.
Work closely with the team to develop marketing campaigns, ensuring our tours are showcased in the best light.
Assist in promoting and organizing events, travel exhibitions, and webinars.
Use your personal guiding experience to create content that reflects the true spirit of an Escape Adventures tour.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in communications, marketing, or public relations, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
A background in guiding, cycle touring, or adventure travel is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, informative, and inspiring content.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
A genuine interest in promoting adventure travel.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A love for international travel and the ability to promote diverse destinations with enthusiasm and knowledge.
