Our Sales and Service crew are an essential part of our team, assisting in the delivery of a life-changing experience to all our customers.

You will be working in coordination with a larger operational team, ensuring that all the duties of our frontline operations team are performed to the strictest levels of Health and Safety and compliance requirements.

We have 5 vacancies available for Queenstown Bungy Limited, based in Queenstown, OTAGO REGION with requirement to travel/commute for work between different Bungy sites within the region.

Permanent employment, 30 hours minimum guaranteed per week plus additional work hours available at busy times.

Rostered to work 5 days each week (Sunday through Saturday) as we offer adrenaline rush activities & merchandise for customers 7 days a week between the hours of 8:30am to 5pm (with seasonal variance).

Pay range = NZD24.50 to NZD27.50 per hour depending on your personal skill set.

This is an entry level role within our team.

Skill set required = Every day literacy/communication/numeracy/digital skills usually acquired from compulsory secondary school (NCEA level 1) or a NZQF level 1 certificate or a little prior relevant work experience (6 months or more) together with on the job training which we will provide.

In summary, some key tasks include:

• Day-to-day customer retail service, assisting with all enquiries.
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Managing availability/supply levels of activities/products (retail) for sale both within our booking system and on site.
• Processing payment as appropriate.
• Responding professionally to customer complaints (if any).
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are enforced/followed by customers, crew & contractors.
• Maximise and drive daily sales targets of all retailed products.
• Attending interdepartmental meetings,
• Being positive and friendly with customers who may be highly stressed.
