Zipline Tour Guides Part Time NEW

Fixed Term (1st August 2025 to 30th April 2026), Part Time (Minimum 28 hrs/week) with the option of increasing hours, and career expansion

Man O’ War Vineyards is 100% Estate Grown and family owned, encompassing 4,500 acres with 150 acres of vines enhancing its intrinsic beauty. 76 individual hillside blocks are strategically placed with soil types varying from volcanic loam to friable iron rich clay at a density of 5882 vines per hectare.

A newly constructed 3 stage zipline located in the Kauri forest above Man O’ War Bay at the eastern end of Waiheke Island has been added to the Man O’ War Tourism experience. The Zipline experience will include a zipline ride and guided 2-hour tour through native forest.

The main function, in addition to ensuring each guest tour is safe, is to create an unforgettable experience that each zipline customer will remember and talk about for years. Zipline Guides must use communication skills to engage and react with each guest and ensure an exceptional time is experienced by everyone.

The Zipline is currently operating 5 days/week and will be increasing operation during the peak season to 7 days/week to align with our Hospitality and Events busy periods.

Rostered days of work, and start and finish times, can vary depending on work variability and business, tourism and seasonal demands. Hours of work will generally be between 08:00 and 6:00pm.

Hostel Accommodation is available on site for staff.
