We’re looking for passionate, values-aligned outdoor instructors to join our crew in 2025. As a Kaiako, you’ll guide students on powerful journeys — tramping, sailing, kayaking, climbing — and help them discover their true potential in Te Taiao.

You’ll need:

• Experience in two or more: tramping, kayaking (white water), sailing, ropes
• Strong facilitation & group leadership skills
• A drive to grow personally and professionally
• Commitment to Te Tiriti and inclusive practice

What we offer:

• Annual earning potential: $58–$62k (incl. allowances)
• 200 workdays/year incl. training
